The journey can be challenging, fun, interesting and rewarding, bringing a lot of wisdom and insight to those who chose to follow it. It is a journey through our own shadows to discover our light, the authentic Self. It is a quest for freedom and happiness.
I am trained as an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist. I also draw from the Sufi and Shamanic traditions.
I like to fuse east with west, light with dark, and the known with the unknown, aiming to help those interested to explore their true potential, develop inner resources, access creativity. The intention being to awaken who we truly are into this world.
